1. Exchange Policy

1.1. You can exchange your order if you receive a defective or damaged item. If you encounter any of the following issues with your order:

  • Wallpapers or wall murals that have different colors on different tiles.
  • Damaged or torn wallpaper or wall murals.
  • You have received an incomplete order.
  • You received an image that you have not ordered.

1.2. To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Within 14 days of receiving the wallpaper, contact us by email at [email protected] to inform us about the issue.
  • Our manager will guide you on how to proceed with the exchange.
  • Please note that exchanges are not applicable if the wallpaper has already been hung on the wall. Therefore, we advise you to carefully inspect the wallpaper upon receipt and before sticking it to the wall.

1.3. If your exchange request is approved, we will produce and send you new wallpapers free of charge to replace the defective ones.

 

2. Defective Item Return

2.1. If you receive a defective or damaged product, you have the right to request an exchange or return within 14 days of receiving the wallpaper.

2.2. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Our manager will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

2.3. Please ensure that the returned item is in its original condition and packaging.

 

3. Refund Policy

3.1. You can request a refund for your order if you received a defective or damaged product within 14 days of receiving the goods.
