Can I order samples?

Sure thing! We will make a sample of any murals in your size. That means you will receive a true-to-size sample of your mural, which will show the color resolution as well as the image quality.


What size should I specify when ordering my wall mural?

All our wall murals are custom made so you can order as many square meters as you need to cover your wall. Just carefully measure the width and height of your wall in centimeters (for instance, width 250 cm and height 300 cm) and add at least 2 cm extra to both width and height to be on the safe side.


How do I measure my wall?

Measure the width and height of the entire wall. If any part of the wall has a different height, always start from the highest point when measuring. Add at least 2 cm extra in both height and width to be on the safe side if your wall is not completely straight.


How will I know that my order has been placed?

As soon as your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email.


How can I pay for my order?

We offer several payment options:
– PayPal. Safe and convenient method of payment since PayPal guarantees a refund if the product is not delivered.
– Bank transfer. After you have chosen this method of payment you will receive an email with our bank details. Just don’t forget to mention your order number in the transfer title.
– PayU system. You can choose to pay using your credit or debit card.

Shipping information

How will you ship my order?

We use UPS as our shipping partner.


How long is the shipping time?

Shipping time varies depending on your delivery address. Usually it takes up to 7 days for a shipping courier to deliver your order to the United Kingdom or Ireland; delivery times to the US or Canada may vary depending on customs.


How can I track my order?

Once we have delivered your order to UPS you will receive an email with all the tracking information.

Installation information

What surfaces can I apply the murals and wallpapers to?

We highly recommend smooth wall surfaces for installation. If your wall is rough, bumpy or newly painted, the mural may not be able to fully adhere to the wall.

If you have a textured wall, begin by sanding the surface down to prevent bubbling from occurring during application. Then, grab a clean, damp cloth and wipe down the surface. Allow one to two days of dry time before applying your mural. Do NOT wash your mural with soaps of any kind or any other liquid cleaner. Instead, opt for a dry cloth to clean your anewall product.

Is wallpaper paste included?

We always include wallpaper paste free of charge so you can hang the wallpaper right away.

Can I use murals in a bathroom?

Our wallpapers work great in washrooms with a toilet and sink as they have low humidity. High humidity rooms with a shower or a bathtub are not recommended as the high moisture in the air might damage our wallpapers.

Can I create a custom wall mural?

Yes and yes! We can create wall murals from your kid’s drawings (or from yours, why not:), from old pictures (they need to be in good quality though), and we can help you adapt our existing designer wall murals and wallpapers to your specific wishes.


Can I make my own wall mural from an old photo or an image?

Yes, you definitely can; however, you need to provide us with a good quality image since it directly affects the print resolution of your future wall mural. We advise yo stove for at least — quality, in case you’re not sure whether you image will have a good enough quality to be printed, just send us an email with the photo you’d like to turn into a wall mural, and we’ll let you know whether it will be possible or not.


Can I change the colors of a wall mural?

Almost definitely yes; however there are some exceptions. Not all of our prints were made in the way where their color palette could be changed. Just send us an email with the wall mural design in mind, and we will let you know whether we can alter the colors for you.

Returns and exchanges

What if there is a problem with the mural?

We kindly request that all customers inspect their product before installation as we do not provide reimbursement for incorrect installations. However, we understand that accidents can happen and if you find that your wall mural has been damaged during transportation or the print is defective, please don’t hesitate to contact us. Simply take pictures of the defect or damage, email them to us, and we will replace your wall mural with a new one. Our team is committed to making sure that you receive the high-quality product you deserve.

It’s important to note that there may be a slight color difference between the screen image and the printed wall mural due to the printing process. We want to remind our customers that this is not a defect, but simply a natural result of the medium.


Do you offer returns?

All purchases are made to order and your order is made just for you. For a return, we require a picture of the entire mural laid out on the ground and zoomed images of any defects. Due to varying installation methods, any partially installed murals will not be refunded. For this reason, we urge you to lay out your mural on the floor as soon as it arrives and inspect it before installation.


Would the color of my mural differ from the image on your website?

The color of the photo displayed may vary slightly from your monitor to our printer. Since all monitors differ, we cannot guarantee that the color displayed on your monitor will come out exactly as you see it. If you are worried about how the image may change once printed, you can get a sample of your wall mural before purchasing it.
